.madison wi west Washington Ave. Room great. Didn't care for the charge of parking. Room clean. Bed comfy along with the pillows. Wonderful shower.

Room was clean; great location; breakfast was very nice.

I did't realize that they'd charge extra for parking in their parking garage.

Staff went above and beyond over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend! It never once felt like it was a holiday and that we were keeping people from their families. Rooms are a really nice size, clean and comfortable - we had plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were always on top of each other. Location is great for downtown and University activities. Paid lot and street parking are both readily available. Breakfast is good, with lots of room to sit and relax. Pool and workout room looked nice. Due to the impending snow storm we decided to leave early, Amy (assistant manager) was exceptionally accommodating, kind and professional. She, and the evening desk staff made sure that our only concern was getting on the road safely. Would definitely recommend.

The sweets and snacks available to have late nite. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfy and accommodated us well. The beds were great!

The surprised parking price is 10% of your stay per night been a week day. I think it was pricey . Also the clogged tub was a little annoying.

I liked that there were two Queens and a pull out. The location was kind of close. I liked the bar and food downstairs.

The room's bathroom is too small and the toilet is shoved into the shower room. The beds are not comfortable and the pull out couch is very uncomfortable. Nothing was updated. There wasn't enough coffee in the room.
