Great location, friendly and capable staff, from the restaurant, to front desk, porter and particularly the concierge, parking at the facilities

I was surprised that they would charge for eggs at a hotel of this price and category

Personal amabilísimo, desayuno fantástico, hotel en el centro de Cortina de Ampezzo. Las habitaciones muy confortables con vistas a los Alpes. Es un gran hotel.

Nos gustó todo aunque he de reconocer que el precio era demasiado caro.

"Bambini che schiamazzano in un hotel che necessità di un miglioramento"

Location

Struttura con un po’ di anni che necessita di manutenzione e bambini che schiamazzano. Radisson come compagnia non mi ha mai fatto impazzire e questa è stata la prova: 1 - La spa è piccola, vecchia e super affollata, con bambini ovunque che non ti lasciano rilassare. La vasca idromassaggio con acqua fredda non ne parliamo…La sauna dovrebbe essere 90gradi, mentre il termometro segnava a malapena 80gradi. Pessima. 2 - camere basic ma la cosa grave è che mancava in tutta la struttura, comprese le camere, l’ aria condizionata. Ad agosto anche in montagna fa caldo e su un 5 stelle non è accettabile che non ci sia. 3 - Colazione qualità media, niente di entusiasmante. In tutti i 5 stelle che ho girato, e ne ho frequentati molti, l’ omelette è sempre stata inclusa; al Savoia invece? 10€, vergognoso.
