Tiles in bathroom falling off and cracked!! Room 18

The room was well equipped with nice little touches IE Mimi chocolate brownies and drinks facilities. The room was spacious too. Lovely towels and comfortable bed. There's a fantastic waled garden with different areas to sit in, really peaceful.

If I was being picky, the decor in the room needed refreshing.

Friendly staff in a comfortable, clean hotel. Very good location - walkable to city centre. Room was comfortable, well appointed and bathroom was well finished.

Good location. Excellent breakfast and a helpful waiter. As we're most if the staff Hood to have an electric car charging point

The suite was somewhat tired in appearance. The staff member on reception in the morning seemed less than delighted that we came towards the end of the advertised breakfast period and was put out to have to leave breakfast items out

Great room. Loved the retro look!

Stayed opposite the hotel in an apartment so high expectations. Plenty of room and comfortable bed. Very quiet at night with no noise from road outside. Kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge in mini kitchen. Great central location with good parking.

Mini things. Hair on towels. Intermittent WiFi. Lack of tea towel. Curtains off hoops at the ends. Shower.

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely facilities in the room. Generously stocked fridge. Comfortable bed. Room 18 was quiet and comfortable at the back of the hotel. Brilliantly located for exploring Norwich on foot. Staff were very kind about us arriving early, they let us park and looked after our bag.

Heavy drapes but still let light in at sunrise. Room was very warm, windows do open and they provide a fan, so all ok.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are good. The staff are efficient and friendly.

Our room this time was in an annexe building across a busy rooad.
