The Palms Beach Hotel And Spa

Nice view on the pool, great breakfast, busy gym area, but the whole place seemed to lack a soul, and the hotel staff looked bored, and did not like their daily job

Horrible stary, I booked for three nights and on the second night the reception calls me saying that I’m not allowed to have female friends in the room (in the most disrespectful way), given they were guests at the hotel as well. I’m not sure what did they think we were doing all we wanted was to have our dinner and watch our movie in peace. We packed our stuff and immediately went to Jumeirah Beach Hotel, had an extraordinary stay there. Basically we just paid for a hotel that we didn’t even stay in. They refused to refund us.

Amazing location, pool,food, and staff,but public toilet is disgusting and not clean at all

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer,gutes Frühstück , guter Zugang zum Meer

check-in took a longer time than expected. Everything was great, clean rooms, and helpful staff. the breakfast was amazing. I even got a surprise birthday cake since I was staying on my birthday.

المسبح زحمه والشقة لم تكن نظيفة قديمة من حيث الاثاث وحتى نوعية الفراش قديمة ولا توجد ادوات للمطبخ والاجهزة الكهربائية في المطبخ تحتاج تغيير .ملاحظة النبنى رقم ١ لا اعلم عن بقية المباني اذا مجددة

Very nice enjoyed it with the family, nice pool and beach to swim and enjoy the day with the family.
