The staff are very friendly and know their job well. The rooms are very clean and there is plenty of choice in the breakfast to suit everyone.

Location,food and gym every thing there is very good

I reserved 2 bedroom suite but i was surprised that i only found 1 bathroom how it's possible. The room wasn't clean and i found some makeup left from the guest and the towels condition very poor. Bad staffing and Management.

Very nice stay. Staff are very very friendly . Only one suggestion for the parking: I suggest to install a system that open the barrier for residents by the room card instead of taking a card and stamps every time from the recipient. It is relly annoying

I liked the pool area and the room. I had parked on the side of the complex near Arabella because there was no parking available and didn’t like having to walk all the way to the front entrance just to walk all the way back to my room. The security guards could have just open the gate or door, but insisted I go through the main entrance.

The hotel was very pretty but the pool was way too crowded. We went next door to the raddison blu to use the pool.

It was good experience but the hotel is crowded too much and short of staff , the room was clean but i found a chewed gum beside the closet

Lovely room, friendly and attentive staff.. great facilities and great breakfast..would definitely recommend it
