Was great ,now for this review it is out of line ,pushing people to write more ,

Basic, tidy little space. Beds were uncomfortable, shower was pathetic, spa button didn't work, and WIFI was so bad! Dropped in and out the whole time. But overall clean, central and everything else you needed, heaps of extra blankets. Would suggest investing in flyscreens on windows, as the Mosquitos are ready and waiting.

Was perfectly located for our visit. The management was excellent.

Location wise it was good. Price was I thought was dear,it was too simple nothing flash. Owner was ok.

Basic. Need to uograde the waterpipes fro 2 to 1 system.

Gary in the office was friendly and helpful with local knowledge when asked for some assistance. Thank you.

Older style motel and comfortable. Internet was very slow so as to be practically unusable. So probably not a great place to stay if you are on business as I was. But close to the lovely beach that is Paihia so good place for a holiday.

Helpful advice from owner. Room older but comfortable. Housekeeping could be improved. We had blood on the pillowslip for two days and had to ask for replacement. No air conditioning, but the fan was effective.
