"Awesome time cassa bella"

The owner was very helpful anbshowed us our room an explained how to use wifi an t.v the rooms were very clean an tidy an they were very helpfull recomending a couple of nice restarunts .

Good location.Friendly staff. Clean room. Weak wifi signal though. Pool and spa quite small. Tap in the sink separated into hot and cold, quite hard to brush teeth or wash hands. Overall 3 of 5 stars.

"Good basic reasonably priced motel close to town"

Good basic clean motel room close to town at a reasonable price. However, our 1-bedroom unit was cramped for 5 people although it slept 5. Also, the lighting in the rooms was not great.

"Affordable motel in paihia"

We booked in during the jazz and blues festival in paihia. Affordable motel close to the bars and the beach. The room was tidy and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and accomodating. Would be happy to stay again.
