Guests must sign Blue Peaks Apartments terms of stay upon check in. For more information please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please be informed that all refunds and cancelations can take 3 to 5 working days to be processed. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be canceled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in apartments after 22:00. The property reserves right of refusal for guests checking in under the age of 25. A current photo ID may be requested upon check in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
