Please be informed that all refunds and cancelations can take 3 to 5 working days to be processed. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be canceled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in apartments after 22:00. The property reserves right of refusal for guests checking in under the age of 25. A current photo ID may be requested upon check in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Great location and we had a view. Easy walk to gardens and lake and centre of Queenstown. Parking was easy too.

"Séjour à 5 min du centre de Queenstown"

Logement situé à 5 min à pied du centre ville de Queenstown. Décoration moderne

Il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face de la fenêtre, ainsi qu’une route très passante. L’appartement était très mal isolé. Au vu du prix, nous nous attendions à un appartement mieux entretenu (miroir bancale, cadre arraché du mur, douche très peu pratique)

I liked everything about this lodging! Its location is a few minutes' walk to Queenstown botanical garden and the downtown. I booked a studio and its size was generous and included a kitchenette and sitting area. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and practical. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers in the laundry room, and it was easy to get tokens for doing laundry from the front desk. The staff was utmostly friendly. I would stay here again!

Room clean, space , transport

Requested Staff to keep my luggage as i got hurt and wasn't able to carry big suitcase but they said No. Another hotel staff were very kind to keep my luggage otheriwse i coulnt manage this trip at all. Please be kind and considerate for unfortunate situations.

"Clean basic rooms with good parking and central"

Close to shops & restaurants and had good parking.

Beds are bit too firm need a topper. Shower head is too low and on our first stay at the start of the trip we had no hot water which we noticed late on the night of our arrival and in the morning. Our friends above also had no hot water. Were told it would heat up after half an hour . This was untrue system was broken. Was not hot the night before or in the morning. Staff member really didn’t care when told offered a room change but it was too late as we’re checking out. Our ratings refer to our first stay on 1/4/26 when we had no hot water our 2nd stay on8/4 was good as had hot water and a bigger upstairs room.

Locations and lovely staff

The room wasn’t ready at 2pm check in time, and this is only downside for overall staying. The staff service and facilities were excellent.
