Location

First day I arrived there is no hot water. The small fridge and Ac were very noisy. I couldn’t sleep well. Even I changed the room but still the same issues.

WIFi is very unstable, barely usable. I highlighted this to the receiption multiple times however there are no changes. So nice to loose internet connection during important work meeting. Definitely a no-go for a work trip

I liked the staff and location

No tea in the room. Supplies were never replenished. Limited variety of food during breakfast.

"Disappointing"

The hotel is 10 minutes by uber to the famous rainbow Street and shirt distance from the city centre. Its in walking distance to many restaurants.

This hotel appears new on the outside. The rooms are outdated, and the bed is uncomfortable. For that price you'd expect to have Internet on the TV. I enjoyed Jordan, but the hotel I didn't enjoy. I just wanted to get out from there.
