The reception staff as well as their other colleagues were very cordial, smiley and helpful. I was allowed to have an early check-in. The services were very good.

I can't remember any such thing to mention. Ahh, I was missing water bottles in my room. But still nothing to complain about as I know sometimes there is a mistake.

The room size it’s really big and I like it the staff were very helpful

The room wasn’t clean also bed sheets weren’t clean also there were a small insects a lot in the bathroom and also in the rest of the room.

Location is great.

I had a theft incident that was shocking. Although the staff handled the situation appropriately and quietly, I was actually surprised that they didn’t offer any compensation whatsoever after they solved the matter. I wasn’t even going to write about it, but they got me cornered with such behavior. They saw how my little girl was scared and never wanted to go back to the same room, yet they acted as if nothing happened! I was waiting for 3 hours until they solve the matter, and of course I had to cancel any plans that I had at that time so I could wait to get my stolen thing back. So of course I would expect something of that wasted and stressful time , yet nothing.
