My experience was great!!!!!! The evening receptionist went above and beyond to help me print my paperwork. I will return. This has been the best experience hotel wise.

Room was warm, air conditioner not working so well

I ice machine for whole property. The rest were broken. Shower didnt work. Staff was great!

Room was dirty, shower didnt work properly. Hotel is worn and management is unresponsive .

Convenient to many restaurants Roaches in room / a/c had dripped a huge wet area in carpet/ no body wash in dispenser / iron was missing

Stellar, location, property Etc.

Overnight stay on our way to somewhere else. Comfortable and convenient. We did ask the desk clerk at check in for a LOCAL dinner recommendation and all she said was go down the street- there are lots. (There were, but they were pretty much all chains.) Breakfast was typical, but we had to search under the counter for plates as there were none out and we never saw anyone who worked in the breakfast area. The clerk when we checked out was very pleasant and was able to give us several recommendations for things to see in the area.
