It was great

Room smelled like dogs. Moldy shower curtain. They did bring new shower curtain for me to replace with the moldy one. No temperature control in the room.

Very comfortable stay with a much better than typical hotel breakfast. Our room was very nice and this morning’s shower was hot with great water pressure. Convenient location near restaurants with easy access to the freeway. Only negative was the construction nearby and the lack of sidewalks.

Everything was good

The front desk staff is the best. They helped me with a situation when I arrived at the hotel giving me options and I noticed their openness and human warmth. In the end everything was fixed (not their fault) and I am very grateful for the excellent service provided.

Desk lamp broken. Desk chair broken. Toilet ran continuously unless you removed the tank top and messed with it.

My first room I was in had bed bugs but once I went down stairs and told customers service they politely move me to another room and I truly appreciate that

I have stayed here many time but this time the room did not give me a super clean feel i killed a bug in the tub the pillows seemed old and i just didn't like it. the breakfast was good though
