Hotel Marionetas

Large spacious room, we had a small issue with the shower that was immediately solved, which we much appreciated! Friendly service and delicious breakfast. Beautiful common areas and swimming pool. Very nice location.

The pool wasnt cleaned but we didnt need it. The bad thing was that our room didnt have windows at some of the places so we could hear right outside the hallway vice versa. There was no elevator either so had to carry alot of luggage upstairs. However the receptionist helpes us carry.

A Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience. Everything about this hotel was exceptional—beautifully designed rooms, excellent amenities, and an unbeatable location. Very nice location, easy walk to town and museums, cute little and relaxing backyard , apartment ( 3 people) was comfortable and big .

Unfortunately, the pool was not very well maintained, not inviting for a swim .

I really liked this place, I spend around 150 nights per year way from home, in hotels or airbnbs and I| have to say that this was one of this nicest I've stayed in. It just felt friendly, the bed was really comfy, the room was really well designed. I had room 12 which meant I had a little outdoor space, while I didn't physically use it, the well designed lighting meant I could have that lit up while I watched tv in the evening and It was like I was outside. I had breakfast on a couple the mornings I stayed as I had a couple of early starts, this was a nice and well presented meal. TV has the ability to get netflix and youtube which is always a nice bonus. I highly recommend this place and if I am ever back in Merida I will return.

The atmosphere is wonderful! It is a restored old building from colonial times in the middle of downtown. Relaxing there and forgetting about daily life, was a breeze! Staff (Rene, Gabriel and the cleaning ladies) went above and beyond to make it so. They helped in every aspect they could and were eager to make our experience unforgettable. From the whole experience, their people were what makes this stay the best in a long list of places we have ever stayed.

I don’t have anything negative to say, nor to complain about.
