Hotel Marionetas

Good location for walking to shopping, restaurants, cantinas and local attractions. Friendly staff. Free breakfast was a bonus. We stayed 5 nights with no complaints

Lovely breakfast of fruit and toast followed by an egg entree. All cooked fresh. Our room was beautiful. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

The property is within a 10 minute walk at most of Plaza de grande and the historical buildings in that area. Plenty of restaurants are very good food. People are very friendly. The hotel offers free breakfast, but I don’t believe any other meals during the day, at least I did not see any, but I was out most of the day. The bathroom in my room could use a makeover, but it was acceptable, it was a little damp, but not uncomfortably so. The area leading to the rooms is lush with greenery and very pretty. The only real complaint that I have is that the pool is not working, and apparently hasn’t been working for a while so the water that’s still in. It needs to be drained as it is a little foul odor.

The furniture looks very old and cheap. The shower is not tiled . The breakfast is too simple and not enough in my view. I mean a little bit of butter and a small amount of jam and toast one for each and scrambled eggs coffee or tea and a bowl of fruit 50 grams no more

Great foyer. Lots of space.

One toilet was a bit weak. Towels could have been whiter.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who were extremely kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure, beautiful decor and large tv. Will stay again and highly recommend

The place is beautiful and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Easy to walk to places in the center. We would stay again anytime!
