Staff were friendly and hospitable. Convenient location with clean and comfortable bed. No lifts so had to climb 4 floors with luggage. Good breakfast selection. Whatever small issues - the staff really made up for everything. Highly recommended hotel.

touring thru Israel's South we stopped in this amiable place which was all we expected: funcyional, friendly, clean and with excellent rates

very convenient for tour of Ramon Crater. Jeep picked us up at the hotel. Breakfast was good with a made to order omelette! Room was big but the bathroom was narrow woth a tub/shower combo. We would stay here again bt would request a ground level room as there is no elevator.

The price we paid was way too high for the property. There are not a lot of accommodations in the area and it was a holiday week, so that is why they were able to inflate the price of the room. The proximity to the machtesh was great (1 block away) and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend exploring the nearby art galleries and dining at Hadassar.

Nice clean room with kitchenette at very reasonable rate. More sensible alternative to the high-priced facility (Beresheet). Breakfast was tasty and varied, even if not luxurious. Unfortunately, swimming pool was not operative. Reception desk personnel were very helpful.

I was upgraded so of course was very happy about the room. Very friendly staff as well. Breakfast is quite basic. But for just a night on your way to Eilat and to visit Mitzpe Ramon, this is just fine. The neighborhood is a bit drab.

Staff great, pool small, no view, conveniently located, spacious rooms, breakfast so-so, reasonable rate. Sign outside hotel doesn't match name on booking site. All together good experience, would return.
