the room needed better cleaning of louvered doors and the top of the refrigerator. smelled a little musty. more linen in the kitchen

Everything looked like it hadnt been serviced since it was built. Drabby, little poorly kept items, poirly built lack of detauls youd expect from a motel not a resort. The pool was dirty and needed backflushed. The hot tub wasnt in order, the garage door was broken, the basement flooded and there were cords and debris. The internet was out for half the trip with no eta to fix it. The pillows were all worn down and uncomfortable. The kick plate in the kitchen was missing in several areas and it was filthy under there.

Beautiful location that is near trails and Main Street. Free bus to downtown and three pools to pick from. Rooms very clean and grills on site to cook meals outside while enjoying the lovely Mountain View’s. Beds are comfortable.

The resort is located in a nice area, fairly close to the Steamboat ski resort & the core bike trail. The rooms are spacious and offered a great view of the mountains. The bed was really comfortable- which is a must when traveling.

We were in building 2, 3rd floor very end of the building facing Highway 40 in a 1 bedroom unit. I think our room was the closest to the highway. The noise from the highway kept us from enjoying the great weather on our balcony. Even in the bedroom the road noise was loud it was hard to get to sleep. On night at 3 in the morning, an 18 wheeler woke me up. So to avoid that book a 2 or 3 bedroom unit. They are on the side of the building facing the mountain and away from the street noise. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook except mixing bowls or salad bowl. When we checked in we were already scheduled for a sales pitch which we turned down, but they were so insistent we relented. Then we were charged 40 dollars on my credit card to make sure that we would attend.

Stayed in a two bedroom condo-- had everything we needed- W/D, KITCHEN, fresh clean linens. If we didn't have it, we just made a call and we could get it. Paint, tile, bathrooms were updated and clean. Decor was "country chic" and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily and awesome! They also have a game room!! Beds were fluffy and were outfitted with 3 different firmness of pillows. Fantastic views from the 3rd floor. I would give it a 5, but I reported that the elevator didn't work going down, which made grocery runs difficult, and it was not repaired for the entirety of the trip. Also the outdoor pool has 3 entrances and only 2 worked.

The property was well maintained, the staff was very helpful and available for any questions.

Cute little spot

This is a great place to stay for families. The pool and game room were really fun for the kids!

Wonderful well appointed resort conveniently located close to the ski resort. An easy trip to town for wonderful restaurants. The laundry, Mambos and Table 79 are some of my favorites.
