WorldMark Steamboat Springs

The stay was great. Be prepared this is a time share property and they have high pressure sales. We had bears at night 2 nights in a row going throw the trash and walking around the complex. The property is nice the room was comfortable and overall clean. The property is showing its age a bit especially in the game room. The staff were all friendly. Great places to eat close by and parking is in a covered garage. The pools were decent a bit cool but not too bad. The outside pools were warmer than the indoor pool.

Greeted by Laci, our check-in was very easy and quick. We were assigned to a top floor room with 2 bedrooms, each with an awesome view. Our suite was fully decorated with family in mind, beds that were comfortable and made for royalties! The master bath had a large whirlpool tub and a two or three person shower. The guest bath was excellent as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. We cooked several meals and ate on the large dining table! The washer and dryer were nicely hidden while being handy for our laundry. The balcony had a view of the mountains and we could smell the pine. We will be back! Charming and Beautiful! It's very tough to locate the turnoff, JD Hays Way, to get to the property off S Lincoln Ave...especially at night.

September 27th week did not disappoint. Steamboat, State Forest and Pearl State Parks, Flat Top Wilderness Scenic Byway and Hahn's Peak worth the drive. Building 2 on the highway but on the side with mountain views. Nice sized kitchen, bedroom and bath. Comfortable bed. Well-maintained property. Uncomfortable sofa, short on hangers and dishwasher pods.

The unit had A/C issues and the carpet had a large tear in it.

I accidentally double booked for this portion of my trip and both places were non refundable so I chose to stay at the other place for the first night. The second day I went to check in and at least see my room since I was paying for it, but I was told they had no reservation under my name. I sure but they will charge me for it though.

Quiet, nice setting view of the slopes. I didn't like their pushing the time share presentations!! that was super annoying,
