It was. All great service since I got there..no complains all good all around

The manager was incredibly attentive and friendly.

Rooms are freshly renovated with new appliances and fixtures. So new the oven still has a pamphlet in it. Real thick comforter and more pillows than Ive ever seen in a hotel room. Well temperature controlled and the water pressure is no joke! Victor the counter guy is very nice and super helpful. Im not sure about the history of the building but say hi to Mr. Casper the spirit with the handlebar mustache for us... he's very curious about us 3 weird comic con ladies but was benign. He likes the fan to stay on. 😘

Don’t let the outside fool you . Inside is very clean and comfortable suit . Very nice kitchen and beds were clean so was restroom . You can tell they are short staff but when I tell you they treat you like family they do ! They try their best to make you feel so welcomed!! I will be going back ! Wish they had a pool for the kids

Me and my husband choose to stay at this hotel simply due to the location. It was extremely close to event we were in town for. We only stayed one night and at first glance we almost didn't t check in. The outside looks sketchy but let me tell you, it was great. The room was clean, no weird smells or sounds. I'm autistic and was very worked about being overstimulate with sounds and smells that come with older buildings. The staff were very helpful, the inside doesn't match the outside. All new appliances and the mirror in the bathroom was everything, I'm actually ordering one for my home cause it was amazing! I can't even describe the features the mirror had. It was small but cute and comfortable and intimate. It was seriously perfect. So glad we chose to stay. Definitely will be back

Even though I booked my room months in advance, they did not have my room. I was downgraded to a regular queen from the king suite I paid in full for with no refund. There is a $25/ day parking fee that you don't find out til you get there. Even though the parking is 2 blocks away with no valet. Public parking is right next to it and only $3/ day. There is no breakfast, a noise curfew, you can't have visitors, and many other rules that make it not worth the price. Plus this is all non-refundable. My room had metal foldable chairs and my bathroom door didn't even close.

Check in was quick and easy. Pretty hard to find if you’re not looking hard for the sign on the building. Parking is 2 blocks away from building, rooms are small and you can hear the cars on the road right outside the window. Bed is comfortable and staff is very friendly.
