"Awesome stay"

Do not judge the building! The customer service and location was great! It was just what we needed. George was amazing when we checked in! We planned on walking down the block to the Toyota center for our event but it was pouring rain and George offered us ponchos to have just in case because we called for a Lyft ride. In the morning John and Victor were great! They helped with taking our luggage to the car. Everyone was so nice and rooms were nice as well.

No elevator, but not a big deal because everything was great

Loved everything, property was clean and bed was so comfortable. Victor Mendoza was an awesome guest host. He made sure we had everything we needed and welcomed us for our stay. My kids loved it and wanted to stay longer just because of Victor and how welcoming he was. We only stayed one day but it was a great one day thanks to Victor.

This hotel is nice and front desk is awesome. The area is great for downtown, but paid parking only unless you find free street parking.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff member named Victor, who immediately made me feel welcome. After I told him I was there to check in, he kindly offered me water and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know about the hotel and my stay. What truly stood out was Victor’s attentiveness—he did not let me carry my own luggage to the room and made sure I was completely comfortable and informed about all the room details. His helpfulness and genuine hospitality are exactly the reasons why I would gladly return to this hotel again and again. Even the next morning, when he saw me, Victor graciously offered me morning beverages. This level of personal attention and awesome customer service made my stay exceptional. Thank you, Victor, for going above and beyond!
