スタッフの方はみなさん笑顔で、とても丁寧に対応してくださいました。 施設で使えるクーポンもいただきました。 新横浜駅直結で動きやすく、横浜アリーナからも徒歩圏内で助かりました。

タオルに長い髪の毛。 自分はショートなので、誰のものかはわかりませんが、いい気持ちではありません。

ロケーションは最高でした。部屋も広くてお風呂も快適🛁

部屋にあるスマホ充電器はなかなか使えなくて、スタッフはとても丁寧に対応してくださったけど、交換しても使えなかったりして、時間ロスしてしまいました。
