Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. The location was great as it in the Shin Yokohama station which has a mall with restaurants and shops. Our daughter loved the kids slippers that were provided. The room was clean and well designed. The rooms are well insulated from sound and we couldn't hear any trains or traffic.

"気持ちよく過ごせるところです"

従業員の方の接客が気持ちよかったです。三人でふた部屋借りたのですが、高齢の母が一人部屋だったので、何かあったらと、その部屋の鍵をもう一つ借りることができました。部屋も清潔でした。 アクセスも、新横浜から外に出ないですぐのところです。

私がタバコを吸うのですが、ホテルには喫煙場所がなく、フロントと同じ階の食事のフロアーにありましたが、時間が6時から23時の間でした。それだけが不便でしたが、今の世の中仕方ないかなとは思っています。

Room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Appreciated the guest lounge to relax with a coffee. Breakfast buffet was well stocked to cater for all tastes. Hotel reception staff were very polite and helpful. Location is very convenient.
