"Very disappointing"

Nothing except staff were friendly

Too many stairs. No lifts/elevators. No step in shower. Bath very narrow and no handle bars. Definitely not suitabe for persons with mobility issues.

"Lovely pleasant location to meet friends."

Lovely breakfast, lovely setting with large bar/outside area to meet friends for a pre-dinner drink. It was very easy to get to, just off the main route into Hull. The staff were also very attentive to your needs. Our friends enjoyed the gym.

Our first room the water pipes were noisy during the night- but they immediately changed rooms without any fuss and we slept well 2nd night. We also received a car park fine ( I think they entered the wrong reg number) but again this was cancelled promptly when I spoke to the hotel manager.

Sitting out the back in the sun on the table and chairs on the decking that overlooked the river.

Some areas in the corridors of the hotel could do with a lick of paint. Some corners of the wallpaper in our rooms were starting to peel away - but to be fair that's me just being picky.
