The two Receptionist and Porters I dealt with were very responsive and helpful. Very expensive menu at the restaurant. Very clean environment and closeness to MMA makes the hotel and ideal place to spend the night prior to departure.

Pleasant stay and very convenient to the airport. The restaurant serves decent foods and the service within the hotel is fine. Front desk and bellboy are helpful. While we were there construction of the road outside hindered the traffic and slowed our arrival as we had to drive well past the hotel to u-turn and come back. Good security outside and two shops off the lobby.

My stay was pretty great. Constant Power supply, Rooms were clean and cleaning staff showed up every day to clean. Restaurant Food a bit pricey and Wi-Fi wasn't that great either. A few more smiling faces at the reception could go a long way.

Close proximity to airport although much street construction makes it difficult to get there currently. The restaurant staff was delightful and the reception personnel were very accommodating. Overall we were pleased with this experience.

This hotel is rated as a fairly decent place — and it is up to a point — but there were glaring examples of a lack of quality. The room was okay, the service was not. I had to wait 1-1/2 hours for a simple meal when there were only a few other customers there. The elevator gets stuck every once in a while - enough times to have a sign posted in the elevator to not panic when it does. The other elevator is broken and has been for a while. What does that tell you about their attention to detail and quality?

Needed a location near the airport. Restaurant was decent. The staff was accommodating. As the road in front of the hotel is under construction, it was difficult to get to the place. We had to drive past it and then return. When I left on a Sunday morning, there was almost no traffic, but Saturday late morning the road was jammed.

Welcome Centre is good for a an individual in transit -its a welcome centre as opposed to a hotel. Improvement is needed in the food they provide- apart from fruits and salads, the rest is poor quality. Beef not cooked till soft, melon(egusi) tasted stale(possibly yesterdays), fish over fried; bread toaster does not belong to the 21st century-should be replaced with a 'conveyor toaster'. The vegetable or plain omelette was very good Serving bowls are too small even for a light eater like myself. The deluxe room I stayed was comfortable, however, powdered milk that do not dissolve fully in hot water is not really good enough The whole of the internal space(s) should be air conditioned and not just bedrooms and reception areas. The hall ways and corridors are very hot and uncomfortable Access road to hotel is diabolic - not hotels fault Hotel staff are very helpful and polite

Nice staff, wasn't happy with original room, but was upgraded right away. Breakfast was ok and hotel was very clean with decent security in place. Nice that it is close to the airport and easy access to public transportation.

It was a nice stay. The hotel need to upgrade their furniture and electronics
