"DON’T LET 4 STARs FOOL YOU"

Rude receptionist, hard and uncomfortable beds, isolated, no side walks, no streets( dirt roads), no where to go, rolling black outs and nothing to do. Only good for 1 night stop over and there are plenty of hotels like that in the area. Not sure how this hotel got a 4 star rating. DO NOT STAY HERE!

"Exceptional"

The accommodations/facilities far exceeded my expectations and imagination. Beyond that, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. What splattered the icing on the cake for me was the food I ordered from room service. It was on point, simply delicious. I ordered two main dishes with a few sides. My friend enjoyed the rooftop access; there he watched planes takeoff at the nearby airport! In short, I'd have to die to forget MY MEMORIES made there at this beautiful Property! Thank you again and see you soon!

"Close to international airport."

Excellent customer service. Good breakfast. However due to the on going road works the traffic is horrendous in the area. And in my opinion, Welcome Centre hotel is just about the right place to be if you don’t want to miss your flight. Right proximity to the airport. I will recommend the hotel but expect delays in the area.

"Great Hotel"

Have stayed at the Welcome Centre several times. The rooms are good and clean. The food is good and the room includes breakfast. My go to place when traveling through Lagos. The desk personnel are extremely accommodating.

"false advertising. "

When I made the reservation, they had a special for free late checkout till 2pm. This was the main reason I booked the hotel. However when my sister asked for a late checkout she was almost embarrassed even when she showed them the reservation with proof. She had to leave and stay at the airport till her 4pm flight.

"Unsanitary bedsheets/blanket"

When I pulled the blanket, I noticed very sanitary bedsheet. It has stains of previous copulation activities on the bedsheet and blanket. The bell man changed the sheet promptly. Need better supervision. Need prompt switch over of generator during blackouts
