Terrible experience – I would give 0 stars if I could Before my arrival, I asked if I could check in two hours earlier than the official check-in time, and I was told it was fine. But when I arrived, I was told that early check-in was not possible. The lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. They gave me a room with no hot water, windows that didn’t close properly, and twin beds instead of a queen bed, which I had booked. The worst part: someone had left a large bottle of cola in the freezer, and I moved it to the fridge. I went out to get food, and when I came back, the bottle was gone. How can someone enter my room without my permission? I asked the lady at the front desk how it was possible that someone could just walk into my room without my consent. Her answer: "We discussed it internally." OMG – What the hell does that even mean? On my last day, I asked the front desk lady – her name is Juliette – if they had a scale I could use. She just stayed on her private phone and shook her head “no” without even saying a word. So rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I have to give this place 1 star, but for me, it’s zero stars. I will NEVER stay here again.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, ya que queda cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y, en general, establecimientos de comercio de toda clase.

The property is not new but well maintained in general, service good, but there’s a noisy construction site across the street that can be unconfortable.

Excelente ubicación, justo al frente del centro comercial santafe y cerca Oviedo. Muy buena actitud de los empleados.

Algunos elementos o acabados ya se ven un poco antiguos. Los aires acondicionados están para reemplazo.
