Lodestar Waterside Apartments

Curtains were not clean, con webs in stairwell and balcony. In need of a big renovation. Uber ride to Perth CBD not walking distance and no convenient store close by

Very nice property, and nice staff. The room was extremely dirty (including questionable debris on the toilet wall). Electrical switch and light were hanging out of the wall exposing wiring. In summary a a nice property and staff but I would not stay again because of the lack of cleanliness of the room.

Was disappointed in the cleanliness there was syrup and dirt all down the kitchen bench and door handles etc were dirty

Wasnt clean, had dust. No butter knifes, no drinking cups, remote didnt work, bed side light didnt work.

While dated inside of the apartment was clean. Hot water system burns you or freezes you. Outside is dirty, rubbish on stairs, in car park. Blowing around the whole property. Windows to stairs and landing not clean.

I had booked an apartment at Lodestar Waterside Apartments between 16 Feb and 24 Feb 24. I think the place is extremely bad, amongst other things, the living room light was not working, the television set was not working, the remote control had to be taped, and the frying pan was so bad that it was unsuitable for use. I thought it was very unprofessional of the management for not checking. Moreover, the mobile signal was very weak. For the above reasons, I have booked another place and had checked out on 18 Feb 24.

Expedia indicated property has wifi but upon checked in there is no wifi as advised by the receptionist. Unliveable condition, inside is too old. I didn’t even stayed for the 2 nights booking and left the property immediately.

This Property needs an upgrade to bring it to a reasonable standard. Meet with filthy stairway and corridor to the apartment. Kitchen dirty - food on the outside of the refrigerator plus dirty shelves on inside of the refrigerator. Plate taken from cupboard with food on it. No hot water in the kitchen. Only time I have ever had to buy cleaning products. Walls marked, curtains dirty and the doona fit only to be thrown out. Condition of the apartment totally negates the excellent position of the property.

The property is extremely dirty and outdated. We walked around the property barefoot for 10 minutes and our feet were black. The cleaners tried to clean the floors but they didn’t even have a proper mop. The toilet was leaking and the floors were wet. The showers were constantly leaking and we couldn’t turn them off, the noise kept us up at night. Because it was holidays, there wasn’t anyone at the reception to help us. On a positive note, it’s a good location and the apartment is large.
