We enjoyed the night's stay and thought the English cooked breakfast, cooked by ourselves, was excellent and novel. Will be back.

Good sized comfortable room. Had Breakfast on the Go which included a wide variety of breakfast items with choice to swap if required.

Hotel was clean and the bed comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and courteous. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast being a prepackaged continental type.On that basis I would rate the hotel expensive as I could have booked into the Premier Inn for £36.5 less expensive, however there was only an apartment left and no 'normal' rooms and my relatives had already booked .

Great Hotel, clean, modern room. Staff were lovely breakfast was a nice touch. Would stay again if visiting the area. Only wish we had more time at the hotel, we were to all day at an event. It was a nice room to relax and recoup.

The apartment style rooms are well appointed, very clean and the hotel is in a charming building. Good value for money and I recommend.

Very welcoming atmosphere and staff. Bar area relaxing. Restaurant is downstairs but well set out. We got an upgrade to an executive apartment (bedroom, bathroom and sitting room/kitchenette. Rooms warm and clean. Bed exceptionally comfortable. would definitely stay again. Only drawback is that there is no lift, and we were on the third floor.

Situated in leafy Sale a very tastefully decorated oldie worldie hotel wirh leanings to the late 1920's early 1930's. The twin room inwhich I stayed was comfortable, cosy and very quiet. A choice of breakfast either Continental or English with the upgrade to a full English is worth the extra. Manchester City Centre is only a handful of stops away by tram. Highly recomended

Well run professional and friendly guest house in Sale. 5 mins walk to town centre and tram access to Manchester. Quiet residential area. Attractive building. Top notch breakfast

We booked the stay on a whim and got a great deal. This hotel is immaculate and has had a lot of work done on it. The food in the hotel was really great and there is plenty to eat and drink around it. With good links by tram to the city and close proximity to the airport, this hotel is fantastic. All of the staff that we met during our stay were really helpful and friendly. 11 our of 10 for a great stay.

For a hotel it has a lot to learn first of all the reception was very dull and not very welcoming the bed was on a slope and if you are driving a car watch the drive way in and out there's a dip in the road witch your car will ground the only good point was the breakfast the girl was brilliant at £99 per night I would not recommend it. You would be better going to the airport hotels same price
