This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning setting. What sets this above the rest are the wonderful people that work there. Everyone is so cheerful and friendly and will do everything they can to make your holiday an experience you will remember forever.

Beautiful hotel, staff could not do enough for you. Room was spotless and decor was very high class. Had sea view room, very spacious with beautiful bathroom and shower, ok sometimes shower was not the hottest probably just with everyone using at same time but still warm. Had 2 evening meals, 5* food and service and reasonably priced. Nice breakfast everything you need, well presented albeit could be set out with a bit more room to manoeuvre. 10 minute walk to beach, there are steps but not great as you had to wade thru water at the bottom, didn’t have issue with walking to and from beach, about 15 mins to main town. Very relaxing hotel with beautiful gardens and views. Would recommend to all.

We had a deluxe superior room with the most lovely view of the sea and grounds of the hotel The staff were very friendly and helpful, Breakfast in the morning was continental but plenty and all food very fresh, it was so nice to sit outside on the terrace whilst eating and enjoying the view, The beach was only a eight minute walk away, with good sun beds, waiter service for drinks and food and clean toilet facilities

Amazing view over looking Tsilivi beach. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Also the food at the restaurant was fantastic. Overall, a brilliant hotel. Short walk into Tsilivi (15 minutes), and a small supermarket is 5 minutes down the bottom of the hill which was very handy.

I loved this hotel. The view was spectacular and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of a large buffet of very tasty food. I usually skip hotel breakfasts, but the buffet looked so appetizing, that I made sure that I was at breakfast every morning. Also, the bathroom was full of organic toiletries--wonderful olive oil soaps, lotions, and shampoos. Next, the restaurant food was affordable and good. I could not eat all of the food that was provided just for one dish. Finally, the staff was lovely. I cannot send enough praises their way. They were very helpful in arranging tours and taxis. They did everything for you. In fact, one of the managers drove me to the post office so that I could mail postcards. While many boutique hotels claim to treat the guest like family or like the guest is special, this one actually did. You will not regret your stay here.

After my experience at this Hotel, I can ensure you this it not a 2 star. I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star Hotels and this is on the same standards.Everything you read on the BALCONY HOTEL reviews is true.So Im not going to carry on and go and see for yourselves.

We got married here last year and returned for our 1st anniversary, we were not disappointed. Everything here is excellent from the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. We ate in the restaurant that evening where the food was beautiful. We will return.
