It was my third stay at the Rossi Boutique Hotel & Spa. I value in particular the helpfulness and kindness of staff, the spacious and clean rooms with all necessary amenities, the great location and the wonderful ambience. It has always and consistently been a great experience staying there and I will certainly return.

Second stay at this hotel. Loved it. Few hick ups, but nothing that couldn't be fixed right away. Staff was great, room clean, tried breakfast once, not bad. You can order eggs your choice. about 15 minute walk to nevsky prospect. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Buy the Upgrade "

Room was extremely small and the toilet kept backing up any time it was used making the room stink. If you stay here pay the extra money for the upgraded room it is much much nicer.

There was construction noise and they gave me Lary room BECAUSE I came with Expedia and they won’t change the room .Clearlt the they arrange bad room for Expedia customer some reason and not nice . Staff nice except cleaning perSon who leaves limited supplies in bathroom and room Front desk staff nice but just in words and in actuality never solve any problems when I needed

Everything about the Rossi Hotel was superb. The one thing that really impressed me were the staff. They all went out of their way to welcome us, spoke great English, called taxis for us and instructed the drivers as to where they were yo take us AND negotiated the price, answered our questions, offered suggestions, made dinner reservations for us, and conversed with us and made us feel extremely welcome. Whoever trains their staff gets high praise from this retired teacher now a world traveler!

What a fabulous hotel, the staff on arrival and throughout our stay were amazing.the hotel is situated in a beautiful area of st Petersburg surrounded by canals and beautiful buildings. A short walk from the faberge museum and the main st Nevsky prospeckt. Spoilt for choice for restaurants and cafes and all very cheaply priced. The canal boat trips are a must at £6 each as you see so much more. Treat yourself to the very reasonably priced spa treatments at the hotel in the fantastic spa area
