Rossi Boutique Hotel & SPA

I had nice time at this hotel. Staff exellent, room clean, and location about 10 minute walk to nevsky prospect. No complains at all.

Beautiful hotel with the best staff! Seriously, some of the best customer service I've ever received from a hotel. I needed a lot of help for various reasons, both before my arrival and during my stay, and the staff was always friendly, patient, quick to answer/assist and extremely helpful. Truly a standout experience! The location of the hotel was within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go and the hotel/room was spacious, clean and had access to all the amenities. Wifi was reliable. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Saint Petersburg!

The staff at the Rossi are UNBELIEVABLE. From the door man who greets you every time you go in and out and produces maps to help you to find things, to the reception people who call cabs and make bookings, to the spa people and the lovely young man who helps with bags (Hi Ruslan!), and the restaurant people who provide excellent food and service, everyone in Team Rossi make you feel so at home I felt genuinely sad to leave. Nothing is too much trouble to them. Do yourself a huge favour and stay at this hotel. Cannot praise it enough.

Beautiful property with great central location 👌 Very comfortable beds with stylish decor also loved the spa and clever pool. Hamam scrub with black soap recommended. Also enjoyed the elevator with a view! ☺️ Areas for improvement: front desk attitude. For such a hotel, I expect the staff to be able to recommend a restaurant rather than advise me to just walk down the main high street!

Good location. Right on water about 20-25 min walk to Hermitage. Nice rooms with good curtains and clean and modern bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and rooms big enough to move around in and put your stuff away. The staff was excellent and super friendly. Breakfast was fine, but more fresh fruit would be nice. Overall a very good hotel especially for the price.

An enjoyable stay in Central St Petersburg in this friendly hotel. We had rooms overlooking the courtyard which meant it was very quiet at night, which we appreciated. In the hot, humid weather in July the hotel's very effective air conditioning was also much appreciated.Afternoon tea from a samovar in the 5th floor lounge was a lovely touch. Altogether a good hotel that we will stay in again when we return to St Petersburg.
