Rossi Boutique Hotel & SPA

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. My room was quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located. The restaurant next door is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and I would come back and stay here again. Thank you to all the staff.

Our standard room in what is considered an upscale hotel has no shelves for our clothing, no Kleenex, and bare bones amenities, Lonely Planet says the hotel pampers its guests. It does not.

Everything was great, it's clean, new, friendly and helpful stuff. But if you have a standard room it has no view at all (looking at a nasty wall of an opposite building) if you are in the luxury room - the view is great. Another little but annoying thing - only the luxury rooms are provided with the vanity set and good quality shampoo etc, and they don'y really like to replace them daily. Other than that - I loved it and would stay their again.

Staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful booking tickets to Hermitage, printing boarding passes, suggesting local events.

You have to pay to use the gym in peak time which is not a good look breakfast is average and it doesn't start until 8.00 so no good if flying out esrlygreat location handy to all the main attractions and 15 minutes to main shops

The staff here are really excellent and nothing is too much for them whether it's practical assistance or helpful suggestions on places to visit. We would particularly like to thank Alexandra, Natalia, Vitali, and the young man who gave us so many practical tips. A great team.

Nice quirky, boutique hotel. Good breakfasts. Outstanding SPA - one the best we have ever been to. Its in perfect location in St Petersburg..just a 5x minute walk to the main road - yet it is in a peaceful location. We did not need public transport once as it was so well located. The thing that sets this hotel apart from all others is the quality of the staff - all were hospitable, friendly and outstanding when it came to recommending things to do / places to visit. The organisation pre arriving was good - arranging tours for us too. Overall this is a delightful hotel and one we would definitely go back to if visiting St Petes again

Good location for sightseeing, luxurious spa, good restaurant, beautiful room (slightly odd water situation - too hot!). Comfy bed and loved the heated bathroom floor. Would stay here again.
