"Hip, beautiful hotel with great services "

This is a truly full service hotel and I enjoyed every aspect of my stay, apart from some minor noise issues. This included spa services, room service, early check-in and transfer via a gracious, accommodating official hotel driver.

"Excellent value"

Walking distance to the main sites, very comfortable room, good breakfast buffet. The spa can only be used for free between 7am and 9.30am which was a shame because it would have been nice to use it late afternoon/early evening after a day of sightseeing (I never saw anyone else in it in the mornings). Overall very good value for money.

"Comfortable Hotel"

Pleasant hotel overlooking the river within walking distance of all the attractions. Room sizes vary our first one was dark and small but they were very happy to change it to a bigger one when we asked. There is a nice bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. A good choice hotel for a short stay in St Petersburg.

"Ticks all the Boxes"

This hotel was perfect for our week-end trip. A short walk to Nevsky Prospekt and within walking distance of some of the major landmarks including the Hermitage/Winter Palace and St Isaacs and the Bronze Horseman. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful (and spoke great English). The hotel itself was very clean, with lovely comfy (warm!) rooms and a great atmosphere. The attached restaurant offered a great breakfast and well priced delicious meals. The spa was free from 7am to 9am which was a welcome relaxing experience. They assisted us in getting Visas and we were able to book taxis to and from the airport (at a minimal cost). The hotel is steeped in history and the original features are beautiful. The free Wi Fi was a great addition.

"Great stay, really great room, central location"

Our room was stunning and there were several towels and comfy pillows. The hotel was very quite, so great for resting after doing a lot of walking through St. Petersburg. The breakfast is also amazing (wide selection of food that is delicious). Definitely worth what we paid, great value - stunning and comfy room that is walking-distance from several great places.
