Office hours are as follows: -From 1 Oct to 31 May the front desk is open from Sundays - Thursdays from 09:00 until 17:00, and Friday - Saturday from 08:00 until 22:00 -From 1 June to 31 October hours are from 08:00 until 22:00 Guests planning to arrive outside reception hours must contact the property in advance to make special check-in arrangements. Please note that there is no elevator or air conditioning at this property. Please contact the property directly to ensure pet friendly rooms are available. A maximum of 2 dogs can be accommodated per room Please note We feature live music on Fridays & Saturdays until 2am. Guest's with Three Sisters Standard Two Queen rooms and King Supreme rooms, are beside the pub. These rooms are not recommended for light sleepers.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. "Great View and but old room"

Great View

The housekeeper seems not professional. It was supposed to have a sheet between the Duvet and the bed. While after the first day, the housekeeper forgot to place the sheet, and while we check the Duvet to see if it is clean, we have noticed an obvious orange stain… Our room is unit 18 and the bed is near the window. Please kindly check if you can.

We loved the location and the restaurant. The place is old, it needs to up its maintance, it is very pricey for what it offers. Breakfast was not included and the rooms would benefit from at least including a microwave.

The price did not match the facilities, except for its location.

The front desk staff was very helpful in changing our reservation

An air conditioning until would be great especially on the first floor where its not ideal to have the doors open at night for security reasons
