The view is nice from the top floor and the location is good. Food at the restaurant was good.

The room are getting a bit old, a bit humid as well. The staff is barely speaking English (and I’m French so my expectations are low)

The hotel is very beautiful, and this is my second time staying there. The reception is amazing, and the reception staff are wonderful and helpful; they are a great asset to the hotel. I especially want to mention Ms. Cony Li and Mr. Mars; they offer assistance in every way. The breakfast is fantastic and has an excellent variety. My only comment is that the furniture needs updating. الفندق جميل جدًا، وهذه هي إقامتي الثانية فيه. الاستقبال رائع، وموظفوه ودودون ومتعاونون للغاية؛ إنهم إضافة قيّمة للفندق. أودّ أن أخصّ بالذكر السيدة كوني لي والسيد مارس؛ فهما يقدمان المساعدة بكل الطرق الممكنة. الإفطار رائع ومتنوع للغاية. ملاحظتي الوحيدة هي أن الأثاث يحتاج إلى تجديد.
