Carpet in the room was old and stained.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with everything exceeding my expectations. The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. I would especially like to highlight Freda from the staff, who was incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable."

I’m still waiting for my deposit they said they have paid into my account but haven’t received to date I have checked out on the 28th October

I like almost everything in this hotel. Special thank you to Javin. She's working at the reception. She was an amazing person, thank you very much for her help, I hope next time I will meet her again.

Staff couldn't speak English and used a terrible app which didn't translate properly. Unhelpful. WiFi appaling. Bar not stocked and expensive. Breakfast buffet good selection but hot food was cold, and the coffee machines were terrible. Checked out a night early

As always, my stay at Intercontinental Foshan was incredibly pleasant. Thanks to Javin at front desk, restaurant waiter Wells, front desk Annie, lobby reception, Lilian, breakfast room, Miu and Mandy. A hotel can be clean, well located, reasonably priced, etc. These are things we expect from a 5* hotel but the people are what makes one hotel stand out from another. The standards followed by the people at this property are unparalleled elsewhere.

It was clean and as expected

The building is aging , staff although very friendly language was huge barrier ..

Javin Yu checked me in as usual. I’m staying at this property about 15-30 nights a year. She is always delightful. I look forward to staying at this property more than any other hotel at which I stay. The front desk staff, the wait staff in the restaurant are always exceptional.
