The breakfast was okay for a buffet and had fresh fruit and other alternatives for those who did not want a heavy meal. Gwen the evening clerk was very helpful.

The room I booked for my family was not available. So my family of four had to stay one night with one king bed. Luckily the manager David was able to upgrade us for the second night. There was a very loud party on the floor below us that went on for about six hours.

I stayed four nights while on business and found the staff to be mediocre. On on day three I woke up to luke warm shower water, as did other guests who commented during the elevator ride to the lobby. I reported to the front desk at 7 AM. I returned to the hotel after working all day and checked in with the front desk on the status of the issue only to find out that they didn’t know what I was talking about and the woman who I reported it to had never done anything about it. By that late time in the evening. It was too late because maintenance had gone home. I went to my room to find that I did have hot water in the kitchen and at the vanity, but still no hot water in the shower. The day of checkout I woke and turned on all the faucets. I stepped in the shower and it was cold , vanity like warm. I had to wash up in the kitchen sink. Business travelers really want three things; a clean room , comfortable bed and hot shower. It’s a shame they could not deliver on all three and the staff dropped the ball. New shower heads are long overdue too.

I love the customer service. There was an accident with my room but it was immediately corrected the young lady at the front desk very nice. Everything was nice and clean we had a double bedroom and my sister and her fiance enjoyed yourself as well as I and my husband. I see that the hotel has made some improvements from the last time I was here approximately 3 years ago. The first day wasn't bad but the customer service was much much better. Don't get me wrong the customer service wasn't bad the first time but this time everyone was extremely polite.
