We stayed the evening of July 30th. I do not recall thr name of the manager on at the time but him and the desk attendant were wonderful and deserve recognition. Very personable. We have two young children and they went out of their way to make sure they had what they needed for the start of a fun family vacation. I will note that we had a 2 bedroom suite and while the main bathroom was nice the second bathroom was a bit groas and we avoided. It was seeled with soke sort of brown sealant on the floor by the drain and alsi had a broken faucet. Had the staff not been so hospital and had we not had the other bathroom this would have been more of an issue but since we had these things I was able to give it a pass but hope it gets attention soon. We will be staying a second time on our way back through but will have a smaller room this time. Fingers crossed for the same spectacular customer service as well as a shower in good repair.
