The first day my door would not open because it got stuck. They told me they would fix it, I told them it would be hard to leave the room because I was disabled. 24 hours later it was not fixed and they told me that I had to move rooms. I received no help moving my belongings, and I was moved further down the hall away from the elevator. As a person with a disability, that was a significant issue. Second, they gave me a notice one evening that they would be cleaning the carpet the next day. They clean the carpet and so I had to walk on wet carpet for a day. Third my last day I went out to my car at 3 AM, on my way back in the sliding glass door into the lobby was locked. I had not taken my room, as I had gone out many times that early and never had a problem. I called the front desk, the front desk desk said there was nothing they could do because I had to have my key. I explained that I had ID and that I had been at the hotel for six days. The front desk clerk would have recognized me, but refused to walk a few steps to the door to see that I was indeed a guest. I called guest relations and they were able to contact the property and have the front desk person open the door. I did identify myself as a person with a disability, and that standing out waiting for the door to open, was a very painful situation I called the reservation line and a woman named Regina helped me get into the door. She was fantastic, I have a case number if that would help. It was an awful eight days, my company had paid for me to stay so that I could complete some work. I will never use that company again, and I’m not sure that I will use Booking.com.

Our room as disgusting. The smell was terrible. The tiles in the bathroom were all loose and the bathroom door wouldn’t even shut. Has not been updated in YEARS.

Someone broke into my car and I had to kill roaches in the shower.

UPDATE! IHG and the hotel did nothing to remedy the situation. All they have said is "the hotel has been in constant communication" which is a lie i have emails to prove it, and "we have comp'd your room" well rightly you should because of the bed bugs but as far as helping us or anything else to make the situation correct is awful and they have basically said go pound sand we are not doing anything else! Do yourself a favor and never stay at an IHG property, when things go wrong they will do the LEAST and they don't care about customers! This hotel and everything about it is a joke. They are unwilling to reimburse me for the crap they put my family thru. Needless to say they have made a bad situation worse! good JOB IHG, We are hear for a soccer tournament and needless to say this hotel put us in a less desirable situation. Well we found a crap ton of bed bugs around the bottom edge of our floor AND one was on the bed. we immediately picked all of our stuff up and even captured some of said bugs in a glass to take to the counter. Went down to the counter and told them we are leaving and want a full refund. By the response of the desk person it was almost like they knew there was a problem. i didn’t notice it but the other family that was with us noticed his “slip up”. Needless to say it’s 10:50 at night and we are at a laundry mat dry cleaning everything we own all the while trying to figure out how to get our son to sleep because he is still playing in a tournament in the morning. just do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. realistically it needs completely sprayed not to mention it’s not in the best part of town. One more note the stench in this hotel ESP our room was aweful. it smelled like someone perfumed over cigarettes to make it smell like crap! STAY AWAY!!!!
