Room was comfortable.

There could have been a second chair at the table, and a fry pan.

Staff was friendly and stay was very good. Water pressure was great and water was hot. The only thing that was a little off was that the appliances (fridge,heater) made some noise like they were struggling. Function was fine.

Overall, the hotel was clean. It was close to where we had our event and was conveniently located by the restaurants.

The bathroom was not very clean, only had 2 towels, no hand soap even. The biggest issue was getting woke up before 8. The maid unlocked our door and came in our room at before 8 am without knocking and when I yelled, she was like oh house keeping! The front desk guy apologized and said there was a language barrier! I do not care, how dare you enter a locked room before checkout time! They acted like I was upset for no reason! I have asked to be called back by general manager so we will see.

Location

I had to change rooms two times the first room I was put in the TV went out. I was switched to a different room and when I turned down the bed, there was a bug crawling in it. I changed rooms again. I have been to this location, plenty of times This time was bad.

There was a problem with my booking, however the manager was excellent and resolved all my issues. Excellent service.

The property was clean and service was polite. They did not have the room I booked.

The hotel has two major issues: 1. All bathroom thresholds are raised (even the so-called accessible rooms), which render them inaccessible for travel wheelchairs. 2. Cockroaches.

Extremely clean and in a safe area. Places to eat nearby. Staff was very helpful

Staff was friendly, lobby and hall had a strange smell and part of the floor in the room was sticky
