Breakfast was terrible options. Location was sketch.

Loved the breakfast and the staff were more than pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

Dining room would be nice, we came in later not having supper and we phoned a couple of places. One restaurant was closed and thr other brought half our supper. When we called back to report this we were told it was a mistake but we wouldnt receive a reimbursment. We had a conversation and were reimbursed.

The Chateau in Saint John, New Brunswick, is simply outstanding. As a cancer patient going through radiation, Chemo they made me feel like family! The atmosphere and décor are beautiful, and the continental breakfast is truly top-notch—one of the best we’ve ever had 100% My husband is a denturist own CGM Fredericton so we know hard it is to run a business, its hard work and dedication and it helps that you have a wonderful team. I've stayed in many hotels around the world—this was truly one of the best for sure !I have 4.4 Million followers on Google that proof enough my word is true and genuine (Every) staff member went above and beyond. Lucas played guitar for us in the lobby on days off when he didnt have to., and Trudy in the kitchen is a gem. Sarah, Abby, Theresa, Brooklyn, Haven, Rachel, and Tasha made every day brighter and had me feel right at home from the start . Housekeeping was hardworking and so accommodating. The general manager is doing a fantastic job.and proud to have met him.personaly and it shows in every detail in this Hotel of his dedication. I can't thank you enough Sarah for what you done for me it brought me to happy tears , They even chose me for a presidential suite upgrade when I was going through a tough day, and I’ll never forget, what they done for me . TRULY ! As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to keep this level of dedication, and they truly deliver. I’ve spent over a month here, and while I’m excited to finish my treatment next week , I will absolutely miss them (all ), as they are like a second family indeed . The laughter, the songs we sang in the lobby the hugs.and goodbye to the ones I met along the way Ill keep close to my heart , Ill miss the sunroof chats—unforgettable laughter . I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you all from the the bottom of my heart you truly made this experience even though what I'm going through actually a good one Because of whom you all are and if it wasn't for your staff it couldn't have been possible, so thank you once again all of you (truly)keep shining like you do! Large room, comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, and the staff members were really friendly. 20 minute walk to the harbour.

Location Comfortable bed, spacious room, quiet, very good breakfast. Nice that you can get tea or coffee all day. Excellent staff and service.

Terrible breakfast food. Plumbing noise from floors above us. Hotel is very dated. Smells musty.

It was a good breakfast - not a lot of variety but good. I appreciated the serving of the hot items! It was a good location - if you have a car. If you don't have a car, it's out of the way and you will need to walk uphill, across very busy streets, to get to any touristy sights.

My air conditioner was not working. I called this in everyday for 3 days and the front desk sent people who could not fix it. I got the feeling that 1. they felt that they needed to send a man (so they sent whichever man was around) 2. they assumed that I did not know how to set the temperature. As it turns out their maintenance person leaves at 3 p.m. and the staff apparently do not communicate with each other about outstanding issues. I was eventually moved to a new room but it was a frustrating and hot experience.
