The second I arrived I saw people walking around the hotel but the manager called the hotel and canceled my reservation over the phone without me knowing after arrival, claiming they had plumbing issues.

Will never deal with these people again

They advertise a free breakfast but there was none. No coffee or tea in room either. Tub had no stopper for drain so no bath. Small room. Incense type smell. They tried to decorate but plastic faded flowers and tassels didn't help.

This was my second time here and it was better than last time. A girl was running around complaining about being locked out of her room.

Staff was unprofessional and asked inappropriate and personal questions. Also, I was charged twice for my stay. I paid for the room when I made reservations through Expedia. However, a couple of days after my stay I see another room charge on my card made by the hotel. The hotel claims that they did not receive payment from Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE! Very terrible run hotel. My experience has left me feeling very irritated and angry.

The hotel was nice but the manager/owner was extremely rude and unpleasant. They have a private policy that you are not allowed to have visitors at any time- which is ridiculous

We stayed three days, got a room with three queen-size beds which was perfect for three grown-up brothers to relax in. Too cold to use the pool, but I admired the furniture at the pool, and the gazebo next to the front entrance. They made an effort to decorate this motel in a personal way, rather than in the plain, functional style of a chain motel. No breakfast, but that's a feature I don't use in motels anyway.

The worst "hotel" ever!! The room reeked like cigarettes. You literally couldn't breathe in there. The sheets and walls had holes. The pillow cases had saliva and make up stains. The room was nothing like the one they show in the pics. The staff is so rude! And they all seemed high. We paid $88 thru Expedia for 1 room with 2 bedrooms and it was just 1 bedroom with a closet turned into another room. And we were the ones at fault according to them for reserving that room. We did not stay!
