It was very quiet at the check in, had to ring a doorbell when an older man came from behind a curtain. He didn't check if I had reservations, simply had me fill out a form and gave me a room key. Room was clean, radio was on kind of loud. Overall okay stay for the night .

This 3rd world attitude is just un-acceptable. The owner and Mngr-Jessica are rude, unprofessional and need to realize that Hotel/Motel is a service. Their flip attitude and tone may be something you'd expect in a impoverished country but not in the USA. At the time of our check-in, room paid for in advance, we were told our non-smoking room was given away. I found this hard to understand, since check-in was at 3:00 pm and this is when I was checking-in. They tried to force us ( my elder Parents ) and I into a SMOKING room. When I informed that, this was un-acceptable. Ask how was our room given away...Jessica said...well too bad you can go else where and try to get your money back.

Great place to stay and i loved the decor in the rooms. The place was very save. I loved the huge flat screen TV. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The rate was of great value to me. I will be back!!!

I was ridiculed before my check in about making sure i have no bugs with me from the california inn in adelanto,ca. When to my surprise as i inspected the room i found bugs of all sorts. Told the owner and he got hostile and told me if you dont like it check out. I was angered by his disrespect but i left quickly

The site rated this 4 star. No way!!. False advertising. Said it had free breakfast,nope! and pool was drained. The rug was dirty, sticky strong curry smell.Front desk people were very rude. Most of the time they would not come out of room to talk. Told him when we left the add said they had a 4 star rating and that i wouldn't even give them1 star. He said he didn't care what I thought.Warning to all. Avoid this place at all cost

I arrived at the hotel to find that they did not have my room available... several different reasons including a plumbing problem were given... their curt response was call Expedia....who did eventually find me a room, and were very generous.

I love this place. Ask for the Tiffany suite . Very well kept and clean rooms. Good pricing is just the icing on the cake . I will come back and try their other themed rooms next time I'm in USA . The room had a matching flat screen Tv. The plush bedding was so nice and the mosaics tile in the bathroom. This is why I go for independent hotels since they have Their own unique charm can been seen throughout the place .

Had booked this hotel? In April for one night Sept. 18th. Paid by VISA at that time through a hotel booking company. When we arrived they claimed I had no reservation and they had never received a payment. In order to stay I had to PAY AGAIN! The people at the desk were unfriendly and uncooperative. Said their computer wasn't working! Room was dirty, coffee machine with no coffee or a POT! Terrible experience. Company I booked through assures me they paid and are trying to rectify the situation but no one will talk to them about it! Never stay here!

Canceled my room the day of my check in. I'm pretty sure they sold my room to a higher bidder. Gave me no options. Hotel is in horrible condition as well.

Unsafe area of victorville, California. Could not secure our room for safety. Strangers kept knocking on our door. Left a day early and stayed elsewhere at holiday inn at a better rate. Room was terrible!
