Not only was this a dump, filthy, dirty, nasty Motel. The staff was rude. They charged my ATM card, $50 for incidentals and refuse to refund that charge a few days later. Then they threatened with violence if I came to the Motel for a refund. What a miserable experience. I will never stay in Victorville again. Travel Inn thanks for the memories. Joe

I would give this place negative stars if I could. The only reason it has a single star is because I have to in order to post this review. First of many issues- the woman who booked us in was very moody and changed the price of our room twice.. the room for one night was supposed to be $70 dollars. I only had a one hundred dollar bill so she took it and said the "rest" is for deposit... no clear amount for deposit. She said I can come get it back in the morning. Our room wasn't awful. The area is kind of sketchy but I was able to walk my dog and let her potty. Let me tell you now that we made sure this hotel was dog friendly, we made sure. When we were ready to leave, it was 930 I went to go give the key back and get my deposit.. the office was locked.. couldn't get our deposit back!!! I called the motel and got no answer. We had no choice but to leave the key in the drop box and leave. 3 hours later we get a call from an UNKNOWN number and it is a man from the hotel very remedial with English.. he told us we left something behind, a "fancy dress". We certainly didn't leave anything behind let alone a fancy dress.. he then started screaming at us, calling us Motherf***ers several times and saying we had a dog and they don't allow that and kept calling us names and harassing us. I stongly stongly advise no one ever consider this place again solely based on the people who "run" it and their aggression towards guests. If I get any more harassment from this place or anyone affiliated I WILL take legal action. This was completely ridiculous. Our dog never made one peep and left no mess or damage. Please choose another place to stay!

stay was definitely not the best. One of the guys who works there was super rude! No breakfast how they state. Room is really outdated. If you look out the window you can see all their junk. Dont stay here. Really dont recommend it.

This hotel changed me for rooms that weren't available and didn't give me my money back

Everything about this property doesn’t deserve to even be priced the way it was it was horrible my room door knobs were loose and coming off internet sucked and there’s no complimentary breakfast at all the staff stunk to high heaven and the beds were not comfortable by any means at all. It looks like they threw the rooms together last minute and I had to go out n buy towels since when I looked there was hair on them n yet they said it was just cleaned and prepped for our stay there. There was hair in the tub n shower, etc and toilet didn’t want to flush.

These people were some of the rudest people ive met. They lied to expedia about me booking a room and tried to take the money after denying me access to that said room. Very poor staff quality. Would not recomend this room to no one.

En sur dame modtog os , og kunne ikke se vi havde booket. Der lugtede ikke godt på værelserne. Poolen var næsten tømt for vand, og der lå skrald i den.. På bagsiden af huset flød det med skrald. Kommer der aldrig igen

Management tried to increase the price of my room after it was already booked & paid for in advance, They refused to provide an extra cot, roll-a-way bed or sofa bed, for a last minute guest who had to spend the night on the floor. They did not provide coffee or a continental breakfast as promised. The pool is NO longer in use and there is no daily maid service or towel exchange unless requested.

I have been to this hotel in several occasions and not only is it always clean, the staff and management are very curtious. If you need any assistance they are on top of it. Thank You! Mr. Sam it's a pleasure to speak to you.
