It was disgusting. Didn’t stay there. Charged the full amount anyway. Never even went in the room.

They suck and kept my deposit

Snow caused accidents blocking interstate 15 so we were forced to make a reservation in Victorville, when we got to this place there were six other people there in line and they claimed to have no available rooms except one that had a leak. They couldn’t find anyone’s reservation supposedly. We noticed they did find a place to keep a family with two kids who were yelling at them for around half an hour making all of us wait out in the freezing cold. after we finally left, all the hotels were sold out Except this hotel kept claiming it had a room available even after they said they didn’t have one. The owners seemed to be gypsies. I would never go here again.

The place is not well-kept. Furniture was old. Room was gross.

No rooms available after I paid 150 dollars and still haven’t got my money back from hotels.com even after the property agreed to return my money

I was denied a room here because of I have a registered support animal. Which is against the law, service animals and ESAs are not allowed to be barred from hotels or rentals. My ESA is full registered and they were shown her registration card and still turned me away

it was very dirty and unsanitary . will not ever stay here again. very unhealthy

This place was very run down. Passable if all other places in town are booked... but barely. Questionable environment, dilapidated building, non-existent amenities, dirty, broken down furniture, light fixtures that don't function, bathroom door handle falling off... really one thing after another.

The staff were rude and it was a terrible place. They charged me two times on my credit card.

This is truly the worst place i have ever stayed. Rude staff, scuzzy rooms, empty pool, terrible wifi, furniture that looks like it came from a yard sale, TV remote that didn’t work, lamps ditto. I felt dirty even after taking a shower. Other motels in town offer much better value for the same room charge.
