the worst experience of my life!!! disgusting, no light, no toilet paper, cockroaches, the photos are not true, I booked a room with 3 beds and they gave me only 2. I actually want my money back… this is the worst experience!!!

Dirty, first room toilet did work, second room smelled like smoke in a nonsmoking room. When I arrived 5 police cars were there, I asked if I’m gonna be safe here. Several homeless hanging around, and I’m pretty sure there are prostitution going on at this facility.

At check in I was cross-examined by an older gentleman who seemed not too glad to see me. I had already paid the room rate, a rate he seemed unpleasantly surprised with. It took nearly half an hour to check in. But the room itself was charming and comfortable.

They take a $150 hold, which is completely normal, since I travel alot I’m use to this concept but they told me at check out I’d receive the $150 back. Since it was a Sunday I figured it might take an extra day or two to reverse so I didn’t fret too much over it. After Tuesday came I gave them a call and they explained it’ll take 3-5 business days. It’s been 7 business days now and I gave them another call for them to give me a run around “call back tomorrow, I don’t know why it didn’t reverse”. They aren’t very helpful or apologetic, I almost feel like they’re trying to play me and take my money. I have never experienced this much difficulty staying anywhere getting my deposit back when i left the room in perfect condition, i literally only slept there a told me 8 hours maybe because i was actually down in So Cal for work. I won’t be staying here again and I hope I get my deposit back or I’ll be contacting my bank and lawyer.

This place was so nasty and gross, we were tired and had drove all day and just needed to rest. Got there at 11:30pm, there were hairs all over the sheets and bathtub, the toilet wasn’t flushed, no lightbulbs and a broken window that lead right out to the parking lot, people screaming and fighting. My husband had to go check his car every hour cause it was so scary. It was so bad that we didn’t even sleep, just sat in two broken chairs and couldn’t even charge our phones cause the plugs were broken, so bad we ended up leaving at 7am. Went to get my deposit back, and they told me I couldn’t get it until checkout because the room NEEDED to be checked first. Like we could steal or break anything, when everything was already broken and anything valuable was clearly already stolen. NASTY PLACE, I’m literally traumatized. Didn’t want to deal with it anymore we just left without the deposit.

The Property would not honor the reservation I made on Travelocity and check in. So I basically lost the money that was spent.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean but it was just horrible. The furniture had nothing but dings and chips all over it. The drapery smelled. The pool was half under some sort of construction but not the kind where they're actually making progress. There were what looked like bullet holes in the wall and there definitely was a prostitute hanging around the property. Just trying to remove the nightmare from my head.

Property managers are Horrible, not welcoming, I felt discriminated and shooed away like we are not human beings. Never ever going back or book on this place again even if its the last hotel on earth.

Just one word TERRIBLE

This place does not honor the expedia room reservations so the property or expedia takes your money but you dont get a room. Talked to an agent afterwards about my situation but all that kead to was to booking another room and not getting a refund for this place. Overall it was a terrible experience.
