Owners were very rude, and kept my deposit

I didn't stay cause the guy who was attending was unrespecful, I had a reservation and he says he didn't work with hotels.Com but fortunately hotels.com costumer service helped me quickly and efficiently 😚

The room was cozy but not as pictured. It was outdated. Seemed like they were working on renovations, using cheap labor. The bathroom was remodeled, tile floors and up the walls. But then there were nails in the wall where pictures may have been previously. Curved shower rod was not installed correctly. Like someone didn't understand the concept and placed the rod up too high which caused the curtain to just fall open. The tub groaned and we quickly got out worried that the shower was going to crumble beneath us, we were on the 2nd floor. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. I got the whole roll wet on the sink cuz the water pressure was too hard. Broken drywall around the window in the bathroom. It was cute that the room had a small walk-in closet but there was no rod or hangers to hang anything. The bedding was clean but that type of old outdated stiff comforter and one sheet. Mattress protector but no fitted sheet. Carpet in the room was clean. Refrigerator in the room was nice, but in an awkward spot right outside of the bathroom and was plugged into the outlet in the bathroom which meant we couldn't close the bathroom door. The microwave was in the cabinet, we didn't use it. The chair at the desk was covered in stains and was the only thing in the room that was simply gross! The TV worked. The bed was comfortable enough. Not a Queen... maybe a Full/Double. The location didn't seem too bad. Diners and fast food down the street. People living long-term in the motel.

Nice and quiet. Very relaxing.

It was late and we needed to rest, this was it. The coat closet had a mattress in it, the door was plywood, the room had a chemical smell, no TV working no internet working no hot water since we had two beds the second bed was in a separate room and that didn't have lights the furniture was broken and dirty, 3am a fight broke out they don't give you your deposit unless you check out right at their checkout time, a hole in the wall was pulling cold air though the heat didn't work and the back of the building had piles of trash with an horrible smell. The pictures are a lie, it's not even close.

For $140 not worth the night.. it also states free breakfast, not available…. Sirens all night

CUSTOMER service Sucked

They didn’t have my reservations. I had to locate a different place on my own since I still have not been able to get ahold of anyone at Travelocity to get my money back or get help to locate another hotel for the weekend!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They did not have the rooms that I reserve and pay in advance !! :(
