I would not recommend this place to anyone with or without kids. I had it for 3 days. When I realized how unsafe it was for my kids I asked for my money back for the last 2 days and they said no because it's against there policy to refund money even if it's unsafe. I am seriously going to take it to a legal level with this place.

I stayed at this hotel on my trip back to San Diego I have been driving a long time and needed a place to stop and sleep before I finish my drive my number one question for hotel.com was why this hotel was even endorse in the first place everything that list was listed on there site was untrue no they do not serve breakfast no they do not have a working pool no they do not have a garden what they do have is a rundown shotty Hotel with horrible customer service had I not been so tired I would have just taken the loss and kept driving the room was disgusting there was not a fire alarm after seeing the blankets I ran down my car and grab blankets for my car from traveling and use my own pillows all in all this hotel needs to be shut down save your money save your time

I didn't expect a whole lot, but was surprised. The owners were very pleasant. They let me park my motorcycle in front of the office for my own piece of mind. The room, in my opinion was beautiful, and so nicely decorated. It had a mini fridge, and an in room coffee maker, but no coffee. :( (Fix this situation please.) My room was 106? I think, and the wifi was good. There is a liquor store across the street, with a Winchell's, a Del taco, and a nice little pizza place, all within short walking distance. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but that's not their fault. I was going to stay here again on my return trip home, but decided to drive straight through instead, otherwise, I wouldn't have thought twice about staying here again. The place was clean, and the price was right.

If it was not so late, I would have left and not stayed with my children!!!

No breakfast as stated in advertisements. Staff was unpleasant. Problem with heater Room was clean showers works well

This hotel is not where you want to go. I got the room for 56 dollars on Booked.com. when I got to the office, the woman said that she didn't know why I got the room on there cause she didn't have that room left at that price. She was going to charge me 40 dollars more but decided to give me the room at 60 as I said I was going to find another Hotel. The room was clean. An older room with a New York theme but just fine. I decided to leave cause there were people hanging around out side in front of the hotel. One kid road in on his dirt bike then road out. I saw multiple cars pull into the parking lot and then pull out of the parking lot. I am moving and my car has bags and jackets easily seen. I was not confident that my car would not be broke into.

My name is Don C. I came to the Travel Inn due to a business trip, the staff was very family orientated and friendly. The room was perfect for me, it was very quiet and clean-nice and neat to be exact! very comfortable. I was already impressed with this location because they took care of my late reservation which was excellent and the rate of the room was great as well. I highly recommend the Travel Inn & Suites to anyone looking for serenity- I call it the Hidden secret of the High Desert...

My husband & I stayed at this hotel because this site indicated they are pet friendly & they have a lot of excellent reviews. However, when informed we have a small dog, the owner/front desk clerk balked and said they don’t allow pets. When informed of the site information, she hemmed & hawed and told him(like he was a child) “no hair, no pee, no damage in room, etc”. We are confident in our dogs behavior, that is never an issue. We now suspect the ratings and reviews are biased and must be written by someone who clearly has a vested interest in the hotel. It was more on the clean side than not but, it is a bed and bathroom, nothing more. It didn’t even include standard motel amenities, let alone, any extras. I’m not talking about a fluffy robe that are nice little extras. I am talking about toilet paper (usually there is an extra role), there is a coffee maker without coffee or cups, no paper or pens, no house phone, no TV channel guide and the menu on the TV showed the channel call letters only, no channel #s or what is actually on that channel currently, one light bulb (there were three lamps so we swapped the bulb to whichever lamp we needed at the time), the microwave only worked when you leaned on the door/pushed down. The bathroom itself was small. Not a big deal but they had a navy shower curtain so when in the shower, you feel Ike you are in a dark tomb. While the fitted bath cover has a feeling of new-ness, it doesn’t fit. My husband felt like he was gonna step through the bottom. Now to the best and most shocking part, in my opinion. There two of us and we had 2 bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth. We did have a little trouble figuring out which was which. But, the worst part is, the towels they are passing off as bath towels are actually shop towels or typical pool towels for cheap hotels. You know the ones— they have that bland blue strip that is about 2” wide going down the middle. They are so rough and so small they don’t wrap around me and I am fairly small framed. My husband has about a 22” neck, if that tells you anything about his frame. So. I ended up using toilet paper when I needed to wipe down the sink or my mouth after brushing my teeth. And, we used the entire roll so it would have been nice to have that extra one. The only star it earned was because it felt mostly clean. No stray random human hairs, etc. The entire experience felt like an overnight at grandmas in the spare room. Old furniture and old fixtures.

I really like this place ! The rooms were clean to the touch. Rate was great . Ask for the Tiffany room . It's so pretty with blue details. Staff was very helpful and friendly. When I'm in town next time I will come here again for sure

i made a reservation a month before the dates and i called them to ask them a quick question and the lady i spoke to was really rude with me saying i didn't have a reservation without asking for any of my information and she HUNG UP ON ME! next morning i wake up to a notification saying that i had called them to cancel my reservation which i DID NOT DO! i'm very disappointed and the lady was very rude and very unprofessional. DO NOT STAY HERE
