It was nice and clean. Would stay again.

The thermostat on the ac unit seemed to be faulty. It stayed hot all night. We thought there was more of a breakfast option than what was served

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The staff is friendly. But, not having cleaning service unless requested made me feel like I could not ask for anything at all. This is being done in the name of COVID but COVID should require more cleaning of rooms and not less.

Very comfortable bed with varied firmness pillows, helpful staff and well thought out room with fully stocked kitchen and great Elfa organizer closet made staying there and unpacking actually enjoyable. Will plan on return visit.

Our stay was good. We weren’t happy about dirty sheets on the bed. Which tells us housekeeping didn’t check. Also not happy about the ants. But we understood.

The shower had zero water pressure and many of our group were complaining their rooms had lukewarm water. Luckily we didn't have that problem but the water pressure was so low it was hard to even wash the shampoo out of my hair. Upon check-in, the friendliness of the woman working was less than desired. She was clearly aggravated by the number of softball/baseball players staying at the hotel. They made a rule that no one under the age of 18 could be walking without an adult. That should be a parent discretion. My daughter was with a couple of friends, not causing any ruckus, and was told they were under 18 and needed to go back to their rooms. Please allow parents to do their job. Maybe hotel front desk workers should do their job at being welcoming rather than being irritated and rude to us upon arrival. It wouldn't have been that hard to simply say "welcome to our hotel!"

The front desk associate was so helpful from checkin to check out! The room itself was very accommodating! Thank you!

There are many other Hotels in the area that are much nicer and more concerned about customer service. The start of my reservation began with a call from the hotel telling me the room I had reserved was not available and they could not upgrade my stay without charging more ( directed by management). So I thought staying in the hotel to see how everything else would go would be ok and didnt want to waste time making other arrangements. Having been in the service industry for many years I thought I would give an honest review on the overal stay. The lobby carpet was very dirty, there were paint chips in the walls and the recessed lighting cans were very dirty. They told me the hours of the pool but neglected to tell me the hot tub was closed with caution tape all over it. Then proceeded to the room the elevator track was filled with dirt and there was a broken floor tile. When we reached the room which was not in numeric order there were dark dirty hand prints on the door and the door across the hall. The kitchenette sink was very dirty there was a cobweb on the interior door and an ant greeted us grout line in the bathroom was filthy. The corners and edges of the carpet had large debris on them. So to be fair I will give the positive things I noticed the pillows were comfortable and the matress was not to bad and the sheets and blankets were nice. The microwave was clean and the toilet was clean inside and out. The water pressure was good and it was quiet throughout the stay.

The pool was cold and hot tub was out of order. There was no hot food at breakfast. There was broken glass on top of the fridge in the room. The bed hurt my back. The staff was friendly. The facility was clean and up to date.
