Heritage Park Hotel

Our room was comfy and clean with a wonderful close-up waterfront view from the deck. Being on the top floor with no elevators wasn't an issue, the staff helped us carry our many suitcases up and down the stairs. They couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the location is great, central to everything.

As other reviewers have mentioned, it's pricey.

Location- in the heart of town. Walkable to local restaurants and other amenities. Rooms- great with views of the sea. Food-Delicious Service Raj the F and B manager made a special effort. Netai the Indian chef made delicious comfort food when I was sick. Eva the waitress ever ready with a smile 😀

A lively hotel with excellent friendly staff The atmosphere is pleasant It is somewhat pricey for both accommodation and food The gym is well equiped but does not have a water fountain or any other water available which really is quite unacceptable when working out especially in a hot climate There are only a few loungers near the pool and no shade. A few more loungers and a number of umbrellas would certainly improve the situation I had asked via email prior to my stay for an airport pick up and told someone would be there with a board There was no one there and after waiting 10 minutes I had to organise other means which was not ideal as a female travelling alone When I arrived there was no one f

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The towels are plush! And the staff so friendly! The restaurant at The Terrace was lovely! Just wished I’d had a toaster in my room, as I’m light breakfast eater so always bring bagels and cream cheese with me!

Наверное, единственный отель на Соломоновых островах с таким сервисом. Работники доброжелательные. Территория большая, ухоженная, охраняемая. Окна номера выходили на океан. С вай-фай есть немного недоработка, можно присоединить по умолчанию только два устройства, но при обращении в администрацию, они добавляют количество устройств. При отеле есть ресторан и бар. Бар с видом на океан. Ресторан работает до поздна, можно никуда не выходить, если надо поесть. Видно, что работники отеля стараются.

Scammers. I used my reservation, stayed in Heritage Park and payed for staying in cash. Days later they “cancelled” reservation to avoid paying commission to booking.com Cancellation reason - “invalid card”. Ha-ha-ha

Beautifully maintained, perfect gardens, constantly cleaning, lovely room, great food almost always and a great spa with lovely staff in it. So much better than I imagined or. How it appears on the website. Wish we could have stayed longer but fully booked. We felt safe and well looked after here. The quality of this hotel turned our soccer trip for our son into a beautiful holiday.

While the food was excellent overall, sometimes the same meal wasn’t quite to the same standard. Different sauce on the fish than the menu said and what had been served and endless beans that were tough. Overall we had many excellent dinners but two meals towards the end were a let down.

Great location, facilities, dining experience and in general the staff was super friendly.

The front desk is nice but the have no idea about anything outside the hotel. Either the hotel hires someone as a concierge to help guests or they team up with a local travel agency.
